Once being accepted as a W4CFI volunteer, you are committing to volunteer for one year at a time.

Please take time to consider if you really have time for volunteering! Volunteer work can take even a few hours per week and it is expected that volunteers are committed to their tasks or are transparent on their absence at times (we completely understand life may get in the way but transparency is important).

Most of our internal communication happens in Discord

We'll be in contact with the selected volunteers with further instructions on how to proceed with in couple weeks after the application period is closed.
Not only will the volunteer teams cooperate together internally, they'll also cooperate with our support members and collaboration partners throughout 2027. Each team will have their own Team Lead, whose main responsibility is to look after each planned and agreed activity.
